Opening Season 2012:
West Entrance (Meiringen side): 6. April 2012
East Entrance (Innertkirchen side): 19. Mai 2012
Floodlit illumination: 13. June till 14. October,
from Wednesday till Sunday
Opening hours:
8.30 am till 17.30 pm
8.30 am till 22.00 pm during the floodlit illumination,
after 17.30 pm please use the West Entrance,
the East Entrance is closed in the evening!
The gorge is open every day in all weather conditions.
It
can be traversed completely when both entrances are open.
The gorge is accessible by wheel chair from the west entrance until the
middle.
Please keep dogs on a leash at all times.
End of Season:
East Entrance: 14. October 2012
West Entrance: 1. November 2012
